It wasn't like Seth to go off to the beach by himself, but taking a walk had seemed like a good idea at the time. The beach wasn't crowded since it was january and it was pretty peaceful place to be as he thought about everything that was going on.
Tension between the Cullens and the pack was growing and he didn't quite understand it. Seth himself had never had a problem with the Cullens, actually he looked up to Edward, a lot like he looked up at Jacob. As far as he was concerned the Cullens were people just like everyone else, they weren't like the vamps theif ancestors warned them of, they didn't kill, or rather, they didn't kill humans.
But if Sam have him orders, like everyone else he didn't get a choice in the matter, he had to follow them. But knowing Sam, and everyone else for that matter, if there really was a REAL threat, they'd make sure to keep Seth out of any real action. With a heavy sigh and a half smile, Seth picked up a rock and chucked it out into the water as he took a seat on one of the rather large boulders laying on the beach. For January, it was actually pretty nice, if a bit cool, you know, for normal people.

Post by MAKAYLA GRAY on Jan 23, 2012 16:40:21 GMT -5
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i54.tinypic.com/2vafwqd.jpg), border: solid #ffffff 5px; width: 400px; height: 500px;] Makayla sighed as she brushed back a piece of stray chocolate coated hair, it was quite gusty on the peace, but she didn't mind because it was peaceful and Makayla loved the peace. She especially loved the noise of the rolling waves as they crashed onto the nearby cliffs, Tea smiled at the thought. The friends that Makayla did have often called her Tea because it was short and sweet and was formed from her middle name, it was either Tea or Mickey, and she knew which one she preferred.
As Makayla made her way onto the beach she noted the weather, it wasn't freezing cold, but it wasn't warm - just how she liked it. Still she pulled her big baggy Eighties jumper closer to her body, a chill running through her spine. She smiled to herself, over the past few years she had really gotten into the Indie style and she loved putting Gypsy style feathers into her hair, her father disapproved and said she looked like some tribal freak from the forest, and secretly she liked that. For years she had spent her free time in her bedroom, reading books on the legends of werewolves and shapeshifters, it made her mind tumble and she loved the climax of the stories.
Makayla pulled off her canvas style shoes and left them at the entrance of the beach, she scrunched her toes into the soft sand, smiling. As she looked ahead she noticed a boy, about her age most likely sat on a vast boulder throwing rocks into the ocean. He probably hadn't noticed her, no boys ever did, the only one that had was two years ago and he had tried to force his way into her at a house party somewhere, but she hadn't told anyone that because it was her deep dark secret.
Makayla shivered at the thought and pushed away, instead she walked down to the ocean edge and rolled up her jeans and then walked along the edge admiring the soaking sand in-between her toes. She giggled as she flicked some with her toes, she then turned around back to the main beach, the wind sending her long brown hair flying past her as if she was some addition to The Little Mermaid. Her eye's observed the boy, who was now closer, blush softly spread across her cheeks as she took him in.
